The following Laws were adopted:
1. "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine" (re Restriction of State Regulation of Economic Activity);
2. "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine" (re Introduction of an Economic Entities Electronic State Registration System);
3. "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine" (the Rights of Concession Holders);
4. "On Forced Scrutiny of Regulatory Acts adopted by the Local Self-Government Bodies and Officials";
5. "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On State Budget of Ukraine for 2010" (re Financial Support of the State Agency for National Projects Management (Ukrnatsproekt);
6. "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2010" (re Redemption of Debt for Consumed Electrical Energy and Supplied Coal in the Enterprises of Coal-Mining and Energy Sectors);
7. "On Amendments to Clause 11 of the Law "On Administration of Objects in State Ownership";
8. "On Amendments to the Law "On Site Planning" (re Buildings of Educational and Cultural Establishments, Physical Culture and Sports, Medical and Recreational Purpose);
9. "On the Lease or Concession of the Central Water and Heat Supply, and Water Drainage Facilities in the Municipal Ownership";
10. "On the Development and Implementation of Investment Projects on the Principle of 'A Single Point of Contact."
The following Resolutions were passed:
1. "On ensuring Unobstructed Activities by the Media during the Election Campaign of 2010";
2. "To forward the Bill "On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine" (re Holding of Regular Elections of the People's Deputies of Ukraine, President of Ukraine, Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Local Councils, City, Township and Village Mayors) to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine to receive a Conclusion as to Conformity of the Bill to the Requirements of Clauses 157 and 157 of the Constitution of Ukraine";
3. "On Demarcation of Shostka Town and Shostka District of Sumy Region";
4. "On excluding from the Consideration of the Bill on Amendments of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements" (regarding liability strengthening for the Law Infringements against Children);
5. "On excluding from the Consideration of the Bill on Amendments to the Clause 32 of the Law of Ukraine "On Standards, Technical Regulations and Liability Evaluation Procedure";
6. "On Recommendations of the Parliamentary Hearings "Strategy of Innovational Development of Ukraine in 2010-2010 under the Conditions of the Global Challenges";
7. "On Celebration of the 140th Anniversary of Birth of Lesia Ukrainka (Larysa Petrivna Kosach-Kvitka), Prominent Ukrainian Poetess and Public Figure";
The People´s Deputies passed several resolutions on appointment and dismissal of judges.
Several bills were adopted as a basis, forwarded for repeated scrutiny, rejected or excluded from the agenda.
